Shipping policy

Firstly, THANK YOU for coming to us, we know you have other options and as a small business we appreciate it.

Our delivery charge is based on the size, weight and value of the parcel and the delivery location. The delivery charge includes the postage, packing and insurance and will be added on to your order at checkout once the delivery postcode has been entered.

£6.50 to £24.99 - £3.50 
£25.00 to £69.99 - £5.95 
£70.00 and up - £9.95 

Delivery is by Royal Mail or ParcelForce (depending on parcel size). 

Europe

£0.00 to £24.99 - £5.95 
£25.00 to £49.99- £9.95
£49.99 to £64.99 - £14.95
£65.00 and up - £29.95

Worldwide

£0.00 to £24.99 - £5.95

Delivery Times

We aim to respond to orders as swiftly as possible but we are a very small business and not Amazon!! Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, but our aim is the following: 

  • Standard prints, without personalisation, should be shipped within 5 working days.
  • For personalised prints, you should expect to be e-mailed a proof of your picture within 3 days of our receiving your order.
  • If you have ordered a completely bespoke piece of art, the time it takes to design it will vary but I will aim to complete it within 2 weeks. 
  • Once you have approved the proof your final print will be normally be dispatched within 5 working days.
  • Mugs, lapel pins, t-shirts and cards should be dispatched within 5 working days.

If you need your picture or other item quickly, please do give us a call on 02392 984415 and we should be able to expedite your order. There may be an additional charge for expedited delivery.

We are more than happy to post items to BFPO addresses, please use the following format when entering your address:

City: Operation name (if applicable)

Tracking Information

Please be aware that once the parcel has left us it is up to the customer to use the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation e-mail to monitor the delivery. Should you miss the delivery window (DHL hold items for 24 hours only) and the parcel is returned to us, we are happy to rearrange delivery, but please be aware that the customer must meet the associated delivery costs for which we will send a ‘link to pay’.
