Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I am here to help! Returns are to be made within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for shop credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, I will refund the full order amount. The cost of the return is to be made by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at gillian@gillianjonesdesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Ensure the item is in the original packaging and please return to:

Additional Information:

• If you have asked for a refund, this will be initiated within 2 working days of the item being received.
• The customer will pay for all returns excluding damaged items.
• There are no restocking fees.
• Please report any missing items 3 days after the expected delivery date. I will then raise the issue with the carrier and keep you updated with any response. In the instance of a loss, once confirmed lost by the carrier I will send a replacement free of charge. I can not do this until the carrier confirms the loss of the item(s).
